This notice describes how Richard Bussiere, doing business as Buxi Digital, handles information when you visit www.buxidigital.com, use the studio, or contact the business. Richard is the person responsible for Buxi Digital’s privacy practices and is the contact for questions, access requests, correction requests, and complaints.
Project enquiries
If online sending is connected and you submit the project form, Buxi Digital receives the details you choose to provide: your name, email, optional business name and phone number, primary service, optional website package and add-on interests, and project description. Any selected package or add-ons are included with the project description so they can be reviewed with the enquiry. The form also shares the page address and page title so the enquiry has context. These details are sent to HubSpot to receive and manage the enquiry. The site does not send uploaded files or payment-card details with this form.
If online sending is unavailable, the project form creates an email draft addressed to Richard. The website does not send the draft; if you choose to press Send, your email provider sends the details to Richard. The same applies if you use the direct email option. If you email or call directly, the details you provide are handled to respond to you.
Studio drafts saved on your device
The guided planner and project workspace can save briefs, answers, notes, settings, and selected reference pictures in this browser using local browser storage. These drafts stay on your device and are not uploaded to Buxi Digital. They are not encrypted or backed up by this site. Anyone with access to your browser profile may be able to access them. Use the studio’s delete controls or clear this site’s browser data to remove them; download anything you need first.
The guided planner is not live AI chat. Your answers, notes, links, and pictures are not sent to an AI service by that guided flow. You choose if and when to share a project brief using the contact form, email, or another action.
Analytics and hosting
With your permission, Google Analytics 4 and Vercel Analytics measure visits to the production website. Neither analytics script loads until you choose “Accept analytics”; choosing “Reject analytics” prevents them from loading, and withdrawing consent blocks further events. Google Analytics receives a page title, a privacy-filtered page path, a reduced referrer, and validated campaign labels when available. It does not receive form names, email addresses, phone numbers, business names, project descriptions, HubSpot identifiers, or arbitrary URL query values. You can change your choice at any time using “Privacy choices” in the footer. Vercel says its Web Analytics does not use cookies. It creates a visitor hash from the incoming request that lasts up to 24 hours, and analytics may include page views, referring pages, browser or device information, and an approximate region. The Buxi site also uses Vercel for hosting; Vercel may process technical information needed to deliver and secure the site.
Payments
If you choose a payment link, checkout is provided by Stripe. Stripe collects and processes payment details on its service. Buxi Digital does not receive your full card number through this website; it may receive transaction and contact details needed to confirm and manage a payment.
Why information is used and who receives it
Information is used to respond to enquiries, discuss and deliver requested services, operate and protect the website, and meet legal or accounting obligations. Service providers such as HubSpot, Vercel, and Stripe may handle information for these purposes under their own terms and privacy notices. Buxi Digital does not sell enquiry or studio draft information.
Service providers may process information in locations outside Saskatchewan or Canada. Their own privacy practices and applicable laws may also apply.
Retention and your choices
Enquiries and transaction records may be kept as long as needed to respond, manage a client relationship, keep business records, address disputes, or meet legal obligations. Browser-saved drafts remain until you delete them or clear browser data. Contact Richard to ask about access, correction, or deletion of information held by Buxi Digital, subject to records that must be kept.
