A digital announcement and a printed item can require different files, so production requirements are agreed at the beginning.
The design is prepared for review within the quoted concept and revision allowance. Approved artwork is exported in the agreed sizes and formats. Stock assets, special licences, and print production remain separate when they are needed for the finished piece.
